How we do the Collision Avoidance:
Combined with millimeter wave radar and Lidar, our device can detect the object and pedestrian accurately.
It is divided to be 3 Zones (The scope of the zone can be adjusted within 5 meters)
Zone1. Approaching Alarming Zone
When the forklift is backing up, there will be an alarm to warn the driver and pedestrian in the Zone 1 to be careful.
Zone2. Approaching Alarming + Speed Limiting Zone
When the forklift keeping backing up from Zone 1 to Zone 2, there will be an alarm to warn the driver and pedestrian in the Zone 2 to be careful, and the device will limit and slow down the forklift speed.
Zone3. Approaching Alarming + Car Stopping Zone
When the forklift is backing up Zone 2 to Zone 3, there will be an alarm to warn the driver and pedestrian in the Zone 3 to be careful, and the device will stop the forklift by cutting the power to avoid the collision accident.
Zone4. Speed Limiting Alarming + Speed Limiting Zone
When the forklift is moving forward, the admin can also set the limit speed to it for the daily driving. And when the forklift is speeding, our device can limit the forklift and alarm to remind the driver of slowing down.

1. The shortcoming of Ultrasonic radar one:
A.Detecting scope is small, normally it’s about 2-3 meters.
B.Detecting speed is slow.
C.Detecting angle is normally about 60°, so it needs 2-4 Ultrasonic radar when doing the installation.
